Hey Guys …. This is Mike from Golfetail.com, and we are reviewing the NIKE Slingshot HL Iron Set today.
The Nike Slingshot High Launch Irons are a great set of irons. If you are a mid handicapper or a mid-to-high handicapper, this is definitely the set for you. The hybrids have a Slingback bar on the bottom which helps have a lower COG and gets the ball higher up in the air. It’s a very forgiving club.
We move into the Iron portion. The mid irons have a generous offset, which helps get your hands forward and square the clubface. As you can see by the 6-iron, its got a nice deep cavity that is very forgiving, and as you move in to the short irons you are going to find that it has a little bit less of an offset, and that is for better shot making and playability.
They are just a great set of clubs. If you are just getting started and a mid-handicapper, you get all of the above.
