Hi this is trevor with GolfEtail.com, and today I am going to be reviewing the Callaway 2008 model X-Series Fairway Wood.

As you can see, the X Fairway wood has a slightly oversized head, so it inspires confidence at address, but it still has a really classic look, so it will appeal to traditionalists.

You can see it has the modified X-Sole, which promotes proper contact with the turf, whether it is the fairway or the deep rough.
The X Fairway wood also has a lowered leading edge, which promotes solid contact with the ball, and it also relieves both the tow and heel of the club, so you are not going to get a lot of digging.

Looking at the ferrule here, you can see this club features Callaway’s S2H2, or short, straight, hollow hosel technology, which helps to reduce the weight of the hosel, pushing weight to the perimeters, making it a stable and forgiving club.

Thanks for watching guys, these were the Callaway 2008 Model X-Series Fairway Woods. We have them in both LEFT and RIGHT handed clubs, as well as in a variety of lofts and a variety of shaft flexes, so find the club you are looking for and we will give you a great deal.
