Callaway Big Bertha 460 Driver Video Review
Hi guys, this is Trevor with GolfEtail.com, and these are the Callaway Big Bertha 460 Drivers.
As the name of the club denotes, this BB460 driver has an oversized, 460cc clubhead, which is all Titanium. It is really lightweight, which helps you to swing it fast, and this increased clubhead speed actually increases your drive distance.
The Big Bertha 460 Drivers were selected to Golf Digest’s Hot List in 2007 as a Gold Medal winner, so you know they are performance driven and that they are going to do well, and also, this 460cc clubhead really gives you confidence at address. It looks great behind the ball, and improves your confidence as you are about to crank it down the fairway.
These clubs feature Callaway’s Tru-Bore and S2H2 technologies. Tru-Bore means that the shaft was all the way though the head of the club and then shaves down, and this really helps to dampen vibrations and gives a great feel, and the S2H2, which stands for Short, Straight, Hollow Hosel decreases weight here, around the hosel of the club, and repositions it to the perimeter, giving you a higher MOI, which results in more forgiveness on off-centered hits.
They also feature Callaway’s VFT, Variable Face Thickness Technology, which gives you a lot of power when you hit it on the sweet spot of these drivers, which is quite large on these drivers, and it also has a low and deep center of gravity which helps you get the ball into the air.
