The Callaway X20 Tour Iron Sets are a cavity backed iron that is closely related to the Callaway X-Forged Blades. It is a very similar style head, but with a slightly thicker topline. It also has a pretty decent cavity back which will give you some additional perimeter weighting, which a blade won’t do.
This is a cast construction golf club. One of the unique features of the Callaway X20 Tour Irons is that unlike traditional Callaway Irons you can see that it does not have the traditional bore through hosel. These irons are probably better for a lower handicap player or mid to lower handicap player, probably 10 or below. They offer excellent forgiveness with perimeter weighting and still offer a high degree workability and playability with the shape of the head. Again, this is not a forged iron, but a cast iron.
The Nike Slingshot High Launch Irons are a great set of irons. If you are a mid handicapper or a mid-to-high handicapper, this is definitely the set for you. The hybrids have a Slingback bar on the bottom which helps have a lower COG and gets the ball higher up in the air. It’s a very forgiving club.
We move into the Iron portion. The mid irons have a generous offset, which helps get your hands forward and square the clubface. As you can see by the 6-iron, its got a nice deep cavity that is very forgiving, and as you move in to the short irons you are going to find that it has a little bit less of an offset, and that is for better shot making and playability.
They are just a great set of clubs. If you are just getting started and a mid-handicapper, you get all of the above.

On longer shots with fuller swings, you get that awesome “yo-yo” effect where the spin rips the ball back towards the pin. Your foursome will be “Oohing” and “Ahhhhing” and golf clapping as if you are at the PGA.
We love these wedges in any situation: Out of the sand, the deep grass, or even the water (just kidding!). But in all seriousness, the Callaway X-Tour Chrome Wedges are some of the best we have ever had the pleasure to play with.
